I've been dealing with an issue off and on for the last few years with my RTV 500 that only happens during the heat of the summer. I can crank it under the shed and fires right up but if it sits any time in the sun it will most likely not crank unless I cycle the key twice. It will turn over but does not stay running due to lack of fuel. Every time this happens I can check for fuel pump operation and it has fuel to injector. It seem some type of vapor lock even though people claim that cannot happen EFI units. If there was another issue though it would seem it would happen all the time not just summer. I've seen videos of removing the carbon box on other type of UTVs but not real sure which ones to try on my RTV. Also seen video about putting an anti drain valve on fuel line supply side, would be really nice if a $5 part could fix it. Any suggestions on this or experience on this?
