lost that one to drugs and/or alcohol I assume? It wouldn't surprise me. I ain't never met a musician at that level that wasn't a drunk and/or a crackhead. It's part of why they're "that good". Actors aren't much different, and I know a few. Good friends, but we don't hang out much for that very reason.
