Pressure relief valves are only under pressure when the system is running.

Your talking about #090 or #110 on this print right?

I put part# 90 in last night and wasn’t my problem was kinda sure it would be. My dipper boom started not responding occasionally right after the main boom was fixed at dealer with same part #90.
So when I try to lift dipper you can see it try to move maybe 1/8 on cylinder. Could it be part 110?
Thanks for the help
