+ Remove the hoses, catch the drip
+ Remove bolt 220 and pull pin 200
+ Remove bolts 130 and remove cap/bracket 100. Note where washers are so they can be replaced correctly.
+ Lift cylinder off.

Yes, on some models you need to lift the radiator to get the pin out.Lord knows, we need all the humor we can get in today's world.
