Got a 2017 M7060 I've and been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what is wrong with it.
When under heavy load, (usually while bushogging) it will run perfectly fine for the first 15 min, then begin losing power and bogging down on the uphills and thicker grass. It will then start running rough, the exhaust pipe will shake, and it will sound like it is blowing exhaust past something.
I have worked through the entire fuel system checking for leaks, blown out the fuel lines, dropped the fuel tank and cleaned it, replaced the fuel filter, replaced the hydraulic filters and fluid, and properly bled the fuel system of air.
I'm not sure what to check next. It will run just fine on lighter loads, driving and doing backhoe work. Not sure what's making it act up consistently at 15 min into mowing.
Maybe I've missed something in the fuel system where there could be junk buildup?
Could there be something wrong with the Regen system??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm about to lose my mind. 🤪

Sounds like a great excuse to take a break every 15 minutes…..

Did you check your fuel tank vent lines? Sounds like it’s hungry for fuel. When it’s happening try popping the fuel cap off. Be an easy and free test. Just my first thoughts. Odd it’s only when your bush hogging and going up hill. Is the backhoe run from the tractors pto? I kinda feel like this same issue was brought up before but can’t find the post. Not sure if it was a m7060 but this sounds familiar.

Yes! I checked them and have tried popping the fuel cap. I was so hopeful that was it so I tried it first. Didn't help.
No, the backhoe hooks up to the rear hydraulic ports.
Yeah I'm pretty stumped.
I just did a parked regen yesterday when it called for it. I think the last time it did one was approx 30-40 hrs ago.

I’m not familiar with your tractor.

Occasionally folks have had a small clog of trash in a 90-degree fitting ahead (inlet side) of the water separator housing. Often a symptom is the water separator isn’t full when things get sluggish and it starts to stumble.

Usually takes a while before it struggles like you mentioned.

My apologies if not so equipped, but wanted to throw it out just in case.
I know you said you went through the fuel system, but sounds like it can be easily missed.
