My rear driver side will not move, it is frozen. All other wheels spin free. I have removed the axel and it will not rotate coming out of the gearcase/transmission.

In order to give you a much more accurate answer I would need the serial number as the RTV900's were made across 2004 to 2011 and 21 different models.
General issues would be seized bearings, brakes, or possibly differential issues.
Thanks for the reply. I have the axel off. The output from the gearbox will not rotate. I suspect something inside there. Possibly the brakes if that can be localized to a single output. It is so frozen the spines sheared off the hub on that side. Passenger side rotates with the engine. No power to drive in any incline

Your missing one digit in the serial number to help me help you on that.
Sounds like if you have rototation to the other wheel yet no power that the differential is damaged.
But it's rather odd that the other axle won't rotate.
Maybe an issue with the diff lock?
I would pull the brake apart next.
