MX5200 throttle

Hi I have a MX5200 with less than 250 hrs on it. Yesterday I was bush hoggin most of the day but when I drove from one field to another the throttle stoped staying forward (Rabbit mode). I can control the engine speed by holding the throttle forward but it will no longer stay without assistance.
Has anyone else had an experience like this? How can I get the instrument cowling off (steering wheel prevents it). Any help would be appreciated.

Tighten the nut. #130. You may be able to snake a wrench up there without removing anything.

Im not sure I can get a wrench up there, cant see squat. But I do appreciate the information, I hope that's all it is. I watched a few youtubes on removing the shroud and steering wheel, so will try that tomorrow.

I can see the nut, looking down on my 6000. May be able to do it from the top.
