My B20 isn't currently running and I need to move it 100' by towing it. I opened a fitting on the loader to lift it to prop it up. I assume I need to release something in the drive train to allow towing. How do I do that?
Getting it running is next
Thanks

Like @old and tired said - - should be a neutral on the HST range lever.

For future reference, you should be able to put the loader in float to lift it.

Once lifted, take it out of float and it should hold up for a little bit.

Putting blocks on the cylinders to hold it up are probably wise.

I wouldn't tow it by the loader bucket.

I guess for other people reading in the future... Float is where hydraulic fluid is free to enter and exit the hydraulic cylinders. Push the FEL joystick forward, lowers the bucket but if you keep pushing the joystick forward even more, it should reach a detente where it locks into (and keeps the handle there).

It was easier for me to have the bucket on the ground, engine off, and move the joystick into Float (to get the "feel" of it...)
