My R4 fronts are shot, rears are loaded and still good.

I like the looks of the R14’s.

Considering buying just the fronts, Leaving the R4 rears.

Called my dealer to enquire about issues, they said go for it. Called Messicks to see if they had Rolling Circumference for both before I ordered, still waiting on a call back.

I’m coming up short on good documentation.

I run 4x4 a lot. I am sure the safest option is to buy matching sets but obviously I’d rather not spend the $400 on rears if I don’t have too.

Hoping someone has a shop manual or something and can help out.

Have you ever wondered WHY the front wear faster?

Sooooo.....as you may know - the fronts "pull" the rears a bit, and since they turn all the time, they wear much faster than the rears. They typically spin something like 1.6 or more times faster than the rears......... so for the bit of info.

GO ahead and get the R14 's - they will be fine as long as they are the same size as the OEM.

I actually didn’t know this. I kinda assumed they were approximately the same. Admittedly I have noticed some drag if I get on Asphalt with the 4x4 engaged so I know it’s not perfect, I was chalking it up to inflation, ect.

Thank you for the input.
