I've read several threads with problems similar to mine but not quite. Without a load the 3pt will go down. I put on a 7ft bush hog and it won't budge. I checked the lift speed flow control and the linkage was disconnected. Fixed that but it didn't help. Not sure which side of the stop pin it is supposed to work on. The Fel and power steering is working normally. I have a hydraulic top link that is working very slowly also. At one time I adjusted the Fel control linkages to try and remove some slop in the fel control. I've read that could be a problem but I remember I left them in spec. I can also feel some vibration and noise when moving the position control lever. Maybe I got the speed flow control on correctly.
