My M8560 got left running at an idle for an extended period of time. Came back to find the red exclamation engine warning light on and a beeping. Temp, oil pressure ok. Engine sounds fine. oil level ok. Could it have tried to regen? Since the light is on cannot turn on auto regen. Has about 2000 hours on with no previous issues.

If the ReGen light is on, speed up the engine for a couple of minutes to see if it will ReGen. If it does not, try to perform a Parked ReGen. If that fails also, your dealer will need to perform a Forced Manual ReGen using Diagmaster.

At stage 4, do not mess with it, you need the dealer's assistance.Yeah looks like I’ve hit PM warning level 4. Tier 4 emissions has absolutely killed the farm tractor!
Just think if the Greenies get their way and tractors go electric, you will have to plug in the tractor just like you used to do the toaster. Of course, they will probably confiscate the toasters and sell you a magnifying glass.
