I have a 2000 M6800 that has started to use some water. I let a friend borrow it and he busted the bottom radiator hose and now I am wondering if he put antifreeze in it or not. If not it got pretty cold here this winter and I may have cracked something in the engine. There is no water in the oil or in the radiator, it runs a little warmer than before and uses some water now. Any ideas for stop leak or do I need to do a tear down.

If you use an antifreeze tester you can see how concentrated the antifreeze is. Depending where you live you want at least 50/50 mix. A radiator pressure tester would also help to find if you are leaking somewhere.
