M6-101 not shifting smoothly

My M6-101 isn't shifting as smoothly as I believe it should. It has the 24 speed (3 ranges, 8 speeds per range) Intelli-shift transmission. I noticed it seemed to be shifting hard, especially between 4th & 5th and it was about due a fluid and filter change, so I went ahead and changed them early. The shifting is better but something doesn't seem quite right. It will sometimes shift really smoothly and at other times more rough. On occasion it seems to shutter slightly as it is shifting. The tractor is a 2016 and has about 1900 hrs. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any and all help is appreciated.

Hi I use Kubota m6 101 utility and yes the exact same thing happens, between 4th and 5th gear ,it’s like the tractor jolts between the gears I ask the Kubota dealer what could be causing this and basically, it’s because there is two gearboxes, gears 1,2,3,4 is in one box and 5,6,7,8 are in another, although in the same housing, tbh I don’t really understand, but that’s why it jolts between 4th and 5th gear, as I understand Kubota can smooth this jolt out this would be done at a dealership
I just reduce the rpm when changing between these gears , that helps
