M5-111 with P-3019 code will crank but not stay running

Originally the fuel pump fear broke and broke timing and harmonic Balancer gear with it, we have put new fuel pump, fuel rail, ecu, replaced all gears that were broken and
Relays and checked plugs and wires.
Now all the previous codes are cleared but P-3019 and it will crank but not stay running and we can’t clear this code.
I think it’s says can’t communicate with
Fuel rail even though rail is new.
Anyone seen this code

Did you have the serial numbers for new parts entered into the ECU? I think a dealer has to use their program to “calibrate” the new stuff by entering the serial numbers

Load this and the excavator your having problems with on a trailer and haul it to a Kubota dealer.
You need to have the diagmaster computer and software to troubleshoot and program it.
