M108s tachometer not working.

My M108s has an electronic tachometer and it quit working. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot what the problem is? I already replaced the crankshaft position sensor and it still does not work.

check the wiring diagram in the WSM to see where it gets the 'signal' from !
FYI ...My BX23S gets it from the alternator.....
