Leaking Hydraulic Oil From Front Axle

I have a Kubota 2380 leaking all the hydraulic oil from a spot near the front axle, circled in red on my picture. I'm trying to find what this part is called and how I can repair it.

I'm looking in the manual and on forums/youtube and cant find anything yet.

That is your hydraulic steering cylinder - and you will need a new seal kit.

Turn the steering for a RH turn and clean the shaft to ensure that the specs in the picture are not pits in the chrome. If they are, replace the cylinder.
