Landscape Rake wheels

Anyone know of a less expensive set than what I have found? Last year was the same expensive ones as this year. Titan seems to be the cheapest. Dam expensive though.

Good luck getting them. I bought a set from them when they were much less. The first set arrived with half the parts missing. The second set the box fell apart in route and never made it. The third set had parts sticking out of the box when it arrived but by some miracle all the parts were there.

Besides all that they are sitting in my barn somewhere not being used. I have as good a luck using the position control.

Oh, and the first two sets I had to have charged back against them because they wouldn't reply to any of my messages.

yikes, $315 = $400 cdn +- !!! I'd go to local TSC type place, buy 2 'gate wheels' and fab up something for less than $100.

yikes, $315 = $400 cdn +- !!! I'd go to local TSC type place, buy 2 'gate wheels' and fab up something for less than $100.

you can also fab a scrapyard setup for close to "free"... I fabbed some gauge wheels for my garder blade from an old snowmobile trailer axle and golf cart wheels.

I did modify the attachment when I rebuilt my landscape rake to make them connect further back from the rake.

Titan look like cheap wheels, more expensive. The Ignite wheels look more robust and are cheaper... I would still weld reinforcement gussets to either of them to make them better!!! Both look like they could break under normal usage.

The set I bought were from Pallet Forks dot com also. They were painted yellow back then. It's been several years so maybe they have improved their packing and shipping department. The rake wheels weren't the only problem I had with them. My first order from them was a pack of bucket teeth that were shipped with the wrong pins. They did not answer the phone or reply to messages so I had the charges reversed after a month of trying to get it resolved. They finally sent me a return shipping label two months after I had the charges reversed.

I did buy a backhoe thumb from them that arrived complete and on time so there's that.

Another thing to consider about adding wheels is you won't be able to reverse the rake with them installed. That may not matter to you?

That Tine Rake set attaches differently. They would not fit my rake. Make sure it looks compatible with your rake design.

The Ignite wheels are identical to the set I bought from Atwood's but at a much better price than I paid. I have been very satisfied with the wheels.
