Hello, I am thinking about purchasing a LA181 tractor. I was wondering if this tractor is good for everyday ranch work. IE used to drag the arena, move rocks, attach a tiller, attachment availability, and do anything that can be done with a tractor on a 4-acre ranch. Thank you in advance for the advice!

To my knowledge Kubota doesn’t make a tractor model like that.

Likely the LA181 is a loader model, but even that is suspect.

Figure out what tractor you are looking to buy and get back to us.

Most likely that tractor is a BX1500, but I would make sure.

If it is, that's one of the smallest of Kubota's made.
It's the weakest and would be the hardest to find properly sized attachments for the loader and the tractor.
You would only be able to use the smallest of tillers due to the lack of PTO HP and tractor weight.
Your not going to pick up much of a rock with it, as the loader is very week.

For a small hobby farm you would be much better off with something like a BX23S or a B2650.
