This may be an embarrassing commentary but, I need information.
I acquired this L5030 HST a few months ago. I had been working with a box grader and all seems okay. Then, I finally checked the hydraulic fluid level. I was very remiss in doing this simple check. Anyway, the oil level was very low. I refilled it but I did not use Kubota hydraulic oil. Very soon after this, the 3PT hitch changed how it works. It now drops very, very slow. Raises about the same speed, but it takes a full 45 seconds to lower the box grader. Everything else works as expected. I played with the lowering speed control knob under the seat but it doesn't seem to change anything.
I'm planning to change the hydraulic oil and filter with Kubota UDT oil the proper filter. Just wondering if anyone has thoughts on this.
