Hello I am working on a L45 with a backhoe attachment. The machine has lost all functions to the backhoe and 3 point hitch. The swing and front end loader are working. The quick connect fittings are good. Has anybody ever experienced this issue?
Careful the B, L, M, TLB's have completely different hydraulic system and piping that normal tractors.I assume that the lines out of the FEL valve are not connected properly. Are you familiar with the hydraulic system and can you confirm that they are connected correctly?
I assume that it would be one line in and two lines out (and four lines between the valve and cylinders). One line out should be tank return and the other one should be power beyond (that powers the three point hitch.
If the tank return and the power beyond are switched (backwards) then the symptoms you describe will occur.
Or if the backhoe is not properly attached that could make it not work also. But the hook up is pretty straightforward. I would check that the disconnects are properly connected by disconnecting and reconnecting them.
I looked on Kubota illustrated parts list and the tractor was separate from the loader…Careful the B, L, M, TLB's have completely different hydraulic system and piping that normal tractors.
The TBLS have mutiple pumps and Multiple plumbing loops.
In this case the FEL is on a completely different pump than the BH.
It's confusing and impossible to keep up with all the different options and setups.I looked on Kubota illustrated parts list and the tractor was separate from the loader…
I had thought that was a TLB but thought otherwise after looking.
