tech came out and Bled air out of fuel filter. It took awhile! Did couple days work with it with no problems . It sat two weeks and same thing. Looks like air is coming from the tank before the water separator. What can I do to get this started again? three years old and only 200 hours on it. Too soon to have these problems

curious, had a look online for the 'plumbing'.. I see 'rubber ' hoses.
if possible, replace the spring clamps with 'gear' clamps.
being 'young', I don't expect the hose themselves to be 'porus' but a clamp not putting enouhg pressure 360 around the hose to tubing could allow air to be sucked in

Where did you get this manual and how much is it. I got a finances. They want $500 just to transport the tractor to their shop.🙄

The fuel inlet fitting on older model separators (yellow) has know to be a problem.
see if yours looks like the first picture.
And see if it's loose in the housing.

Newer style fuel separator better fitting (blue).

Very long tale of a Volvo semi going several places and having several fixes - finally found a small hole in the white metal / aluminum fuel filter mount. It had a tiny hole hidden under some crud that appeared to be due to corrosion.
