L3010 Reverse only?!?!

My L3010 HST will only go in reverse. Reverse is strong and not slipping. I have adjusted the pedal per the factory manual so it is officially in neutral. The pedal has good response in reverse but nothing in forward. The pump doesn't bog down, it is like it has no effect. The shaft going into the transmission is turning so I know the linkages are fine. I'm guessing it is a valve or something, but I don't know where to start. Any suggestions? TIA!

If you're sure the linkage is working correctly, the problem is most likely the forward check/high pressure relief valve. There are test and replace procedures in the WorkShop Manual. A free pdf is available at KubotaBooks.
