There is only 2 kits so if the first one you got does not work, get the second kit. ;)

My tractor is down now because of seals and o rings,so now goes another week till it gets fixed but thats ok.You are sure of the fact that there are only 2 kits?
There was only 2 variations of cylinders used, so there should be only 2 variables to the seals.

Might be helpful if you could post the part number of the seal kit that you ordered and received. Then maybe the Wolfman could see if that was one of the two kids he is referring to…

I have watched 5 videos and none of the pistons looked like mine

I can’t really help you, but I can make a couple observations for what that’s worth.

I think it was assumed that you bought the seal kit from Kubota. Aftermarket is always a question mark. Perhaps you would want to contact the seller and see what they say.

Second is are you sure that the cylinders on the loader are original? I would bet they are. Did you buy the tractor new or used? If bought new, then you know the answer to that question.

Yea I couldn't tell you anything about what that kit has or doesn't have because it's not an OEM kit.
Contact the seller for more info on other kits.

Post some pictures of what you have and I'll see if i can nail anything down.

My cylinders had the part number stamped into the cylinder tube. You might want to see if you can determine that you have Kubota cylinders and what their part number is.

I do not remember which loader I was working with, but there were two cylinders available for it. The cylinder barrel had the part number stamped into it near the mounting eye. Using that part number I was able to figure out what serial range it was, and got the correct kit-without having to fight with finding the serial #.
