I have a 1988 L2250 that I just bought and the battery lowlevel electrolyte dash warning lite stays on. This tractor has a newer battery and I read from other posts on this site that it is a normal scenario after you replace the original Kubota battery. The original batteries could be tapped off with electrolyte and the new batteries don't have that option. Therefore the sensor tells the dash lite to stay on. The tractor always starts strong and apparently the battery is being charged. Does anyone have a solution for getting the lite to go off other than pulling out the dash lite bulb????

Sorry I know you don't want to hear this, but, Pull out the dash light bulb as that feature is obsolete.
New batteries do not have electrolyte sensors.

I cut the wire and crimped an eyelet on and put it on the downstream side of my disconnect.

With the maintenance free batteries there is no place to put the liquid sensor. That is why I did that to my tractor and my dads

No I don't and it is a pain to see with my loader on. I also realized I had a 12 volt ignition power in the front that I tied into because I removed all my ac components. Not the disconnect like I thought
