My tracrtor stopped moving . I changed all the fluids hoping that would help. The FEL and the box scraper both work fine/ When I engage the clutch I hear a whirring noise as I let the clutch pedal out. But the tractor will not move. Any advice would be helpful.

Put the tractor and the PTO in 2nd gear.
While trying to move the tractor, does the pto spin?
If the PTO does not spin, then you have a clutch issue you will need to split it and install a clutch.
If it does spin, then you have a transmission issue, check all shifters, especially the one behind by your left foot.
