Can anyone tell me how to check the hydraulic fluid level for the lift on a L 175?
When you say lift I'm assuming 3pt or do you mean fluid for a loader? If you mean loader is it plumbed into the tractor hyd system oror does it have a front mount pump?

The 3pt uses the UDT oil from the trans tunnel that feeds the whole tractor gears and hyd. The "level/full" plug is on the left side of the tunnel beside the clutch pedal almost behind the pedal rod. The UDT level should be at the bottom of the hole.

In this pic the small plug can be seen right between the steering pitman arm and the clutch pedal.

Hi aquaforce AKA Capt Candle Wax,

That sure looks like a awfull clean looking tractor in that pic. What does the rest of it look like?

It's not nice to tease your brothers in orange with a partial pic of a tractor that clean.
