Are Kubota loaders tractor model specific? Is there a loader, other than LA403, that would fit a B3030 since it seems impossible to find one?

Yes loaders are model specific.
You can get an aftermarket loader that will work just as well.
Look at Woods, Koyker, and others.

2 other possible options....
1) find a B3030 with loader, buy it, sell yours( or just keep it....)

2) build a loader. They're easy to 'clone', only require basic welding skills, good clean, well lit shop and some hydraulic skills.....

Yes and sometimes. On the Grand L series, you have to get up to a 5460 or 6060 to get the LA1055 loader. Only then does the calculations (tire size and beet juice, heavy load on the 3-pt, etc.) provide for the lifting capacity. That was important to me as this loader will pick up a one ton pallet of feed, wood pellets, etc. It was the main reason for getting it, vs. the 4060. Then when I put the snow blower on the front, I learned to appreciate every HP it had. I believe the one ton break point is a major consideration. If you need it, the smaller stuff is no longer applicable.

@CAPT Seabee Really confused as to what this has to do with the OP's Question?
