I recently purchased a kubota b7100hst non running. I got it running but it had major blowby. So i took it apart I found broken rings and lands. I took the head and block to a machine shop he was able to hone it within specs . My question is where is a good place to get good quality overhaul kits or should I go oem? Thanks.

You can buy OEM parts, but they are not cheap.
Any kubota parts dealers can get them.

Aftermarket rebuild parts are a much cheaper alternative.

I suggest that you use an OEM head gasket and the oil passage o-ring if there is one.

other gaskets should be fine from just about anywhere.

I have no recommendations on the pistons and rings but I would probably go OEM for those just because.

Like @Russell King use an OEM head gasket and oil pipe O-ring
Throw the aftermarket one in the trash.

When they did work on the block did they remove any material form the top of the block?
If they did did they tell you how much?
Because you will need a shim of that thickness under the injection pump with the other shims already there.
And DO NOT use sealer on those shims.

FYI: 90% of the time (yes thats a guesstimate) ether/ AKA starting fluid was involved.
It will also bend the connecting rods, so check length and alignment of them very carefully!

Rods and Pistons and Rings are all directional.

Just and FYI:
My last D850 OEM rebuild ran over $1500 in parts.

I just looked it up and and for a B7100 / D750 it's $340 per cylinder for OEM just for the piston, rings, wrist pin, wrist pin bushings, rod bearings, and crank bearings.
This does not include sleeves and machine cost for the sleeves which the last time I checked was $900.
The OEM head gasket is $100 alone.
