I have a B8200 with hydrologic lift issues.
Bought the tractor a few years ago. Just now getting it ready to work.
* When I bought it the hydraulics did not work. System was dry.
* I replaced the inline filter put fresh hydraulic fluid in it.
* System worked at first, but the pump leaked at the shaft seal.
* Pulled the pump, replaced all the o rings and the shaft seal.
* Put it back on and lift only worked a short time. Pump was hot!
* Pulled the filter again. It was clogged l. So I cleaned it, and put it back together.
* Added diesel to the system rocked the tractor in an attempt to clean out the system.
* Drained it again, cleaned the filter, strained the diesel back into the tractor, aggatated the tractor again, drained it and cleaned the filter.
* Note: I did not run the tractor with the file in the system.
* Added fresh hydraulic fluid again.
* Now it makes what I'd call a groaning sound. When it groans the lift will go up about an Inch or 2. Stops for 10 sec. Groan up a bit. Stops groan, up an inch or 2. Till it's all the way up. Goes down fine.
* Groaning sound seems like it might be coming from what I think it a valve located just behind my left ankle.
* I have 2x caps to add hydraulic fluid. Small one in front behind the shifter. One bigger back a bit under the seat.
There is a dip stick next to the front fill cap. I'm filling the system in the back cap, but using the dip stick to fill the system.
