After searching I didn’t come up with any discussion on my issue, so here’s a new post.
I ordered a hydraulic top link and side link for my L3902. The top link fitment was good, even though some reviewers had mentioned having to grind some material off the ball at the tractor side because Kubota doesn’t use the American standard spec on some things. Apparently the new 02 has a wider space for that because I didn’t have any issues there.
I did run into an issue on the side link though. Where the ball attaches to the pin at the top of the lift arm, it’s about 1/4” too wide to get the pin through the hole. My options are to grind the “ears” off the ball on the side link or see if there is a longer bolt/pin to replace the OEM one.
This was the only side link that was the correct size from Agristore, and I like it so I don’t see a reason not just find the 1/4” I need for it to fit by one of the two ways I mentioned.
Thoughts?
