Hydraulic Fluid over flow?

So after a few hours of bush hogging yesterday, while I was loading my tractor I noticed hydraulic fluid leaking and it appears to be coming out of this tube on top of the transmission. I assume it's because it's too full, too hot?

Drain the oil down to the Full mark on your dipstick, then run to to see what happens.
