Help! How do I delete messages?

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to delete old messages? Can someone please tell me?

Go to the envelope to open the messages, click the bottom to show all, then click square to the right of the message, then on the bottom will be a prompt on what you want to do with those messages.

There is no "delete" option.
Is it "leave conversations" you have to select?

Oh how odd, I did even notice the no delete function.
Being a Mod I can do things normal users can't, so I sometimes I can't give valid advice on operations.

I will have to look into this further.
