First Issue: 301hrs, P0089 Fuel rail assembly replaced, P0087-Sensor replaced unsure of the cause, No clear answers. Contaminated fuel was thrown around.
Second Issue 331 hrs, Contaminated fuel flush entire fuel system, 4 gallons of fuel was added then they decide a new fuel pump was replaced.
Third Issue 340 hrs, Contaminated fuel again
All this in less than a year and 39 hrs. We do not store our fuel, we purchase diesel from a reputable station like Exxon, Phillips 66 and a locate famers coop. Maybe the fuel system should have been flush again after installing the new fuel pump nothing was mentioned in the notes. The tractor under lean to and top off with fuel during storage all year, any way the fuel tank could be sucking dirt and dusty in the fuel tank some how and no leaking fuel.
Am I just that unlucky that every time I buy fuel is DIRTY? Any Suggestions?
