We are finding out that the advertised horse power is not correct.
We were expecting 70 advertised horsepower from a 2022 tractor,
but tests show it only produces 46 horsepower.
Is this correct?
Advertised vs Actual?

Flintnapper pretty much sums it up. How was the hp measured? PTO, crankshaft, at the drawbar? What kind of dynamometer was used for measuring? Were the numbers calculated for temperature and atmospheric pressure? How many hours on the engine?

Your profile lists an M6000 - is that the tractor? I can't find any Kubota with that model number. Is it perhaps an MX6000? If so Kubota claims 60 net engine HP and 52 PTO HP.

Kubota quotes both gross and net flywheel HP for their engines. What are you measuring and how?

Here is a video about recent developments in horsepower variation. While it may not exactly pertain to the OP's question it will give some information about the nonsense that is going on.
