Ref: Dual Clutch Align and Setting tool (07916-90052). B2150D 4WD Manual Gearbox.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this post.

I am in the process of changing the dual clutches on my B2150D 4WD Manual gearbox - currently waiting on parts - and will need to align and set the discs when reinstalling them. The WSM shows Kubota Dual Clutch Align and Setting tool (07916-90052) as the tool to use.

I am unable to buy, beg or borrow this tool where I am located and was wondering if anyone has the dimensions or drawings or even photos that would allow one to be machined?

If fact for the clutch disc alignment I already have a tool I can use it is more the two pieces to allow measurement of the three release arms - this is a bar with various shoulders on and two discs which fit over it to allow measurement of the three release arms.

I am going to contact Kubota to see if they can provide anything but don’t hold out a lot of hope.

So, if anyone has any drawings or dimensions or even photos I would be very grateful.

I will add picture from the WSM to help explain what I mean.

If you got this far - thanks again for reading this. Matt.

Here are some links that might help. Sad to say that one is on another tractor forum.

Here is one for only $485 (US)

Here is a Kubota dealer with one in stock ($361.72)

I totally agree - that’s why it would be very helpful if the dimensions were published as with other Kubota special tools. I’m going to make the request with Kubota themselves but don’t hold out much hope …. worth a try though.

Super Simple, Super Cheap fix; Got a hammer and a punch?

Drive out the roll pin, pull out the propeller shaft, and TADA shaft alignment tool!

Thanks and you are absolutely correct in what you say and show ( - I’m going to do exactly that for the alignment of the clutches - ) but I am talking specifically about the collar part that slides over the alignment tool to allow the setting of the “mutual difference of release lever” WSM page S2-12 and the “release lever height” WSM page S2-13. The collar has two sides to allow the two measurements. If I can find the tool dimensions I can either fabri-cobble one or at least do a rough check of the measurements….some how.

Nope, I was the one that worked on that car in 1926 and we just eyeballed it. How is it running?
How is my 1989 (Shibaura) Ford 1920 FEL running?

Hilarious. But….does anyone have access (beg/borrow/etc) to this tool that could take some measurements to allow one to be made? I have contacted Kubota Japan with the same request but do not hold out a lot of hope, hence this forum…..anyone?
