My hydro pedals seem to be sticking enough that I need to use the brake when stopping. I assume the pedals are attached to some kind of shaft that needs lubing. I have not crawled underneath to look things over yet. Anyone know for sure?

Details on the tractor? Model, year, etc.

On my B2650 there were two things contributing to creep: The follower bearing that rides in the neutral detent (at top of picture) and the neutral switch plunger (bottom left). Both were dragging and keeping the pedal from returning completely to the neutral position. Cleaning and lubing the bearing and replacing the switch fixed things up.

That view is from above through a panel removed from the floor of the cab. If you have an open station tractor, you might have to go underneath and look up on the right side below the treadle pedal.

There is a TSB-2023-037-E fix as fails bulletin on the B26 series between serial numbers 50001 to 60608 for the pedal spring breaking. Says they will fix for free up to 5 years after in service date.

Edit: you posted the year as I was typing.
