I have a L3901 with a CB 1060 bucket. I want to buy. l 4060 will the CB 1060 fit or can it be modified to fit

Is it a SSQA bucket or does it mave mounting pins.
I would think it's SSQA.
If it's SSQA, you will just need to make sure the L4060 has SSQA and it will fit.

Skid Steer Quick Attach
Does it have the two 'handles' that you would lift to remove the bucket? The same way a skid steer attachment attaches, if you're familiar with these at all.

It doesn't look like they ever made the cb1060 in a PIN on version they are all SSQA or as Kubota calls it a Universal Quick-Attach.
So yes it will work as long as the L4060 has The SSQA or the Universal quick attach on the loader.

Your L 4060 will also need the hydraulic capabilities to operate the clamshell.
