I found the limits of my BX24D!

I recently over heated my hydraulics (PS tube melted a hole in my fuel tank!)

After replacing my fuel tank, hydro oil and filters, I tested the hydraulics. No lift for the 3Pt arms and HST chatters and barely moves the tractor.

I replaced most of the bearings, O rings, seals, Etc. on the hydraulic pump and transmission, as well as cleaning all relief valves and the control valve. Still no lift and HST still chatters!

I have not replaced hydraulic piston O ring yet.

Could the priority valve cause this? Is it possible to disassemble the priority valve to clean and inspect parts?

I need my toy tractor!

I would say that the loop for the BH is either not connected properly or there is a bad/blocked Quick disconnect on the line.
It's not the O ring on the three point piston.

Thanks for the reply North Idaho Wolfman!

I hooked up a gauge between the BH out and return and show 1800 PSI. When I operate the FL control the pressure drops as expected. When I operate the 3 PT lift, no change in pressure and no 3 PT lift.

That's also telling me something's wrong, it's an open system so between BH out and return you should have 0 pressure. ;)
