I was operating my tractor leveling my washed out driveway. Was running fine. Engine stopped and the tractor will not start. All fuses fine. Battery voltage is fine. When I turn the ignition switch I can hear the fuel pump working. Will not crank. Any help is appreciated.

Check the small black/white wire on the spade lug of the start !!!
Mine 'magically' fell off.(2 hrs on the meter)..
I snapped it back on, rejigged the wire, been fine ever since(over 1400hrs now )if that's OK, check the fwd/rev pedal..needs to be in 'neutral' position AND PTO needs to be OFF...

BTW....You do NOT have to be sitting to start.....

Also just for S&G's == rock the pto level back and forth, and do the same with the HST pedal. ANY change?

Following @85Hokie , it sounds like a safety switch to me.

PTO switch is a possibility. So is seat switch. So is the HST pedal switch.

For the HST switch, rock the pedal a little with the key on.

NO... seat switch is NOT a possibility ! You can start BX23S standing next to it. BTDT for 6+ years.
Now maybe K has changed wiring over the years ? Mine's a 2018 ,use WT's wiring diagram, clearly shows ONLY PTO and pedal in the 'start' circuit.

now you do have to be on the seat to MOVE the machine, but that's different.....
