I just changed oil trans fluid and filters along with fuel filters, went to start and it would not go I have a cartridge fuel filter and a jar type (not sure what you call them) and I changed both, I have to believe I got air in the lines, I filled the tank with fuel tried the manual method of holding the key for 30 seconds then try to start but did not go, any suggestions I have had it for over 10 years never had a problem thanks

You ADDED an aftermarket fuel filter?

Do the 30 seconds AGAIN - and let it eat(hold it longer - you will not hurt anything) , you should hear the fuel pump buzz and whatnot, once the fuel IS FLOWING the pitch will change - continue and then try to start.

Picture of fuel filter would help

According to the op manual for my BX23S, sister to the BX2370...

turn key on for 30 seconds
turn key OFF for 30 seconds
turn key to preheat 5-10 ( I always do 5 'steamboats, year round )
turn key to start

He has enough air - that 30 needs a wee bit more :ROFLMAO:
