BX2230 air filter

What do they call that rubber thingy on the bottom of the air filter housing? I've noticed mine has deteriorated and needs replacing.
I can't find anything referring to it so far.

Don't know what kubota calls it, but technically it is a duck billed check valve.
I know you can get them for kubota on Amazon pretty cheap.
