Bx 2537A sweeper

Just picked up this Bx 2537A sweeper. Found a parts manual, put have not come across a owners or service manual.
Also, if anybody has any experience with one of these sweepers your input would be greatly appreciated!

The 2537A is a great sweeper, i use mine to get the rocks back out of the lawn after blowing them in there going out my gravel lane. I also use it to thatch the lawn in the spring, you need the gauge wheels on the sides to do that. Best piece of advice is to go with the wind when using it, but they work great.
