My B9200 has a major electrical issue.
when I try to start it I can hear the benefit click and then nothing. It then has no power to anything and I start getting full voltage from the body of the tractor to the negative terminal. It seems to reset itself after a period of time anywhere from 15 seconds to 5 minutes.
I’ve made jumpers and ran them from the ignition to point of use cutting out the old wiring that goes through the pinned connectors with no change.
I’ve been at it for a couple of weeks and any advice will be greatly appreciated.

If your getting full voltage from the body of the tractor to negative, then you have a ground cable issue.
As from the body of the tractor to negative you should see 0 volts.

I assume when you say "benefit click" you mean bendix?
If the solenoid and bendix are engaging and the starter is not turning the engine.
You have a solenoid terminal issue, starter issue, jumper from solenoid to starter issue, or a locked up engine, that will not turn.

Battery is no longer properly grounded to the frame. While you only need maybe 100mA to power the starter solenoid, you may 100 to 400 amps to spin the starter.

simple test. remove battery, use battery jumper cables TO the starter, see if it spins.

As mentioned = grounding issue.

Remember - you can get 12+ volts through a wire the size of human hair - BUT when you need the flow (amps) .....you get the clickY!

load test that battery too AFTER checking all ground and shoot all the cables - do not look at them - remove clean them and tighten them !
