Picked up an abandoned b8200 hst, put a new d950 in it got it started no problem but now that all the hydraulic lines are installed the motor is barley turning over and not cranking fast enough to start, guessing the pump is dead heading for some reason. it did start and move 5 feet on the first start, any advice would help

I would not think a deadheaded pump would do that but check podition of the selector valve on the hydraulic outlet block.
