I have to figure this out. Where is the starter located on this tractor? I am hoping to not pull all the panels off if someone knows where the starter is by chance.

Does the fuse blow when you turn the ignition on or when you try to start the engine? A better description of the problem would help with the trouble shooting.

When I go to start it. I suspect either the starter solenoid or relay are bad?

What model of B7100 do you have......HST or manual transmission. 4x4?
Go to this site and download the Workshop manual for your tractor.
It will show you where components are plus has excellent wiring diagram

Books
On the B7100 HST model I do not see either a fuse nor a relay in the starting circuit. Only one safety switch.

Where is this fuse that your blowing?
Because there is no fuse or relay for the starting circuit of a B7100HST-D
From the starter to the key switch there is a fusible link and from the key switch to the Solenoid there is nothing but a safety switch for the clutch pedal.

Its right under the dash piece on the RH side, Either 18 or 19 on the diagram. Everything goes dead. I see in the wiring diagram there is no ignition fuse, I guess someone has messed with the wiring as there are several crimp connectors under there.

The fuses under the dash are for lights and flashers.
I would follow the WSM and the wiring diagram and chase the wires.
A simple test light will be your best bet.

Check the big white connector that connects the dash side harness to the engine side harness. It's right there where the fuses are under panel right side. I've had a few of those get brittle or have broken plastic and they ground out

Thanks, I saw that plug last night has a burnt spot on it, but I was out way past my bed time. I will investigate that this evening and report back. That would actually make sense why things are so weird.
