Hi there fellow orange tractor owners,

Since roughly 3 month I own my B4200D and I am working on becoming familiar with this powerful little machine.

This weekend I thought I make something good and grease all the grease zerks. I did all of the zerks in the manual, but there are also two grease zerks on top of the front axle turning points - they are not described in the manual.

I pumped a whole lot of grease (1 cartige) inside the two points, waiting for grease too come out. Later I found out, grease is not supposed to come out there and neither should one pump a whole cartige into this zerks - found a comment about making sure not to pump like an ape when greasing such connections...

So, long story short: Should said ape now dismount the front wheel mechanics to remove the surplus grease from the kingpin (a lot of it), or does this not hurt my small machine too much?

Kind regards,
Egger

Make sure the front axle fluid level is up to spec and don't worry about it.
