Hello all. I’ve searched here and googled, I am aware of the tension spring swap to help with the treadle pedal stiffness but has anyone had luck with relocating the seat up and back farther.
I am torn after driving a B2301 at the dealer multiple times knowing this is the perfect tractor for my use, but completely bummed about this known issue. Thank you.

I don't understand the question, you drove the tractor at the dealership and had the opportunity to completely test the pedal and found that the springs need to altered. No driving position will result in an acceptable spring rate.

I think he's asking if anyone has come up with a simple and cheap way to move the seat up and back.

That is correct, seeing if anyone has been able to successfully moved the seat with good results. I’m a bit on the Tall side and it is very awkward for me to use the pedal.

There are mutiple ways to change the seat height.
Depends on your skill set of how hard it is.

Adding air ride will do it, but that's not cheap.
