Hi all,

Been looking for a Ripper for a BH92, but their all a small fortune just for this little hook.

Does anyone have a used one for sale? I'm just using it to cut through rocky clay ground to put electrical in, instead of using the 16" bucket making a mess.

Thanks all!

possible option 'j'......
If this is a one shot deal, rent a 'trencher' for HD or similar.FASTER and NEATER than a BH+ripper.

Have usde a subsoiler in the past.

A ripper is an amazing tool.
A company in Georgia makes great custom rippers,.......OX Thumbs.com
I bought a ripper ( 28" depth -new ) from them last year for my L48 TLB.
Kinda pricy at $1,000 delivered, and likely a bit larger (deeper) than you could use.
Checkout their website! -oxthumbs.com

BX said their ripper will not work on a BH92. DAMN!

I was originally looking at MIE's ripper because of the 7" back plate on it, but it's right up there at $1200 with shipping.

I've not heard of the OXThumbs, I'll take a look and see what they got.

Thanks!

under a rock
Take a 4' long piece of 3/16" or heavier angle iron and CHAIN it to the front of your bucket.... (vertical) leave enough on the bottom to go as deep as you want.

lower the bucket and put the tractor on 4wd turtle speed and drag it in reverse.....

poor mans ripper.

If your ground wasn't rocky -clay, you could ruin your chain saw blade and bar...

Or use a pressure washer...

Rocks can be a hassle, but in my experience clay is worse. THE worst. A BH ripper sounds like the best way but it's going to be a rockem'
shakem' fun ride on you and you BH.

Right on. I was thinking something similar. But his ground is clay... and rocks. He needs a BH ripper and patience.

EDIT: Or a Cat D6 or similar with one ripper. Or a herd of young laborers with pick axes and shovels.

Is yours a pin on, or do you have a QA bucket?
