I'm rebuilding a 3 way Gannon to install on my L3430 and the tractor has a dealer installed hydraulic connector on the back. 2 quick connects. Are they both flow out or is one out and 1 return? The markings makes little sense to me. I have a 3 way control box I will mount on the fender. Thanks for any help...
The 3 spool valve had 2 that connected to a check valve under the front of the seat and 1 line that returned to a large plug under the top link to I guess the hydraulic tank. It was a 70's? Kubota and mine is a 2000's so a bit different.

If the rear disconnects are remotes (most likely), then they are each both in and out, they are controlled by a spool valve.
If the rear disconnects are a PB loop for a BH, one there should be a loop of hose connecting the two when not in use, and 2 you would need to see where the lines go to know if they are feed or return, but it's really only a 50 50 chance of being right or wrong.

And do you have an L3430, or an L3400?

Its a L3430. I will have to remove the seat tomorrow to see it better. The manual picture is pretty small and I don't want to waste time make hoses that I will have to change. I figure I will keep the right leg hydraulic on the 3 point all the time and make the top link and ripper ones removable.
