2024 Grand L4060 died while driving. Crank no start.

Hey guys. My new tractor died and won’t start. 77 hours. I had water in the separator. Cleaned seperator. Replaced fuel filter. After, the system doesn’t want to prime. Now I have crank no start. When key on, the fuel pump runs. No fuel or air coming out the filter bleeder. What do I do next? I read something about an elbow near the sediment bowl plugging up …

Is there an electric fuel shutoff solenoid? I've worked on Cat diesels that had those. They fail or don't get start current the engine will not start. Just a thought.

Not on a common rail Kubota, which is what his is.

You shouldn't have a plugged up elbow on that model.
You also shouldn't have had water in the fuel at 77 hours.
How much water was in it?
If it was quite a bit you have contaminated fuel!
That is not a good thing on a common rail engine.
Stop anything and drain all the fuel from the tank.
You will probably need to get a dealer involved to get it repaired.

Did you make sure the separator cup got installed properly?
Did it fill with fuel?

I would start out finding if you have good fuel flow at the injector pump (inlet). Take the hose off (put end into a container) and turn key to run position. If not good flow there then you can investigate each component from there back towards the tank until you find out why no good flow.

No injection pump, it's a common rail engine.
You should not open anything up after the fuel filter on a common rail engine.
